Every day you are bombarded with the new trendy “D I E T S”, juice “C L E A N S E S" and the "lose inches around your waist-must try now” W O R K O U T … just by signing into Facebook or watching the morning news. 

 

Seriously though, isn’t all of this healthy info that is suppose to help you just make you feel more frustrated and alone… because you have NO IDEA WHERE TO EVEN START? 

 

D I E T I N G … we know it doesn't work and yet we keep trying. As if maybe THIS one diet will work...by cutting my food intake, just eating protein, or going vegan...this one will be the end all! We don't want to speak for everyone but we know this isn't the case.

 

For years we have been trying a one size fits all program thinking it will be the key to achieving our health goals and have only felt more bloated, more tired and S T U C K. 

 

We know that trying the same thing over and over again just leaves us burnt out and exhausted. Yet we do it anyways because we feel as if that is the only choice we have… this cookie cutter approach to our health.

Though action planning, intention setting, and self study, Courtney will guide the group with love to help them succeed in their quests to become healthier and happier. Courtney's business was named 2014's "Best of the Beach" for Weight Loss.

is a Holistic Nutrition Coach and Women's Health Coach will be guiding to create hormonal balance in your body and your life. Katie will be helping you to add foods and movement in to create a healthier, more hormonally based life. With over 6 years of experience, Katie is a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach and yoga teacher specializing in women's health.

believes that everyone has the power and the ability to create and live their own, unique extraordinary life.  She will be leading you towards living a life of intention, wholeness, balance and happiness through your own personal power, choice and movement.  As a personal development coach and fitness trainer, Nicole is an active Certified igolü Leader and ACE Certified Fitness Trainer.

Q.  What if I miss a gathering or group call?  Will I be able to make this up?

A.   We totally understand if something comes up and you aren't able to make a gathering or group call.  All group calls will be recorded and will be available for everyone to listen to.  With that said, a huge part of success with this program is based around connection with our group - we're all counting on each other for support and accountability - so, if you know you will be missing more than a few gatherings or calls, you may not be able to experience the success we are hoping for.
